Το πειθαρχικό όργανο της Ευρωλίγκας έπιασε δουλειά και έτσι κατοχύρωσε υπέρ της Μπούρσασπορ με σκορ 20-0 την αναμέτρηση της με την Τσεντεβίτα-Ολίμπια.
Συγκεκριμένα η ομάδα της Σλοβενίας δεν παρευρέθηκε στο παιχνίδι της 2ης αγωνιστικής λόγω συμπτώματος κορονοϊού, με αποτέλεσμα το παιχνίδι να αναβληθεί, και ο αθλητικός δικαστής της Ευρωλίκγας να το κατοχυρώσει υπέρ των Τούρκων.
Και οι δυο ομάδες βρίσκονται στον όμιλο του Προμηθέα Πατρών.
Αναλυτικά η απόφαση : «The Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Judge has declared that Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana loses by the result of zero to twenty (0-20) the 7DAYS EuroCup Regular Season Round 2 game between against Frutti Extra Bursaspor, which was scheduled to be played on October 7.
The Disciplinary Judge has followed the 2020–21 Euroleague Basketball Special Regulations due to COVID-19 after Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana entire team had to remain in quarantine due to the requirement of the National Institute of Public Health of Slovenia after one of its players had tested positive for COVID-19».
